We stayed for one night and the room on the 1st floor had a small balcony with a table and chairs for two, but we couldn’t use it because of the August heat. The room was spacious and air‑conditioned, and the AC was on, giving us a perfect temperature after a long motorcycle trip. Raffaella handled communication flawlessly and the check‑in was very easy. We were allowed to park inside the inner courtyard in front of the stairs to the room. A small fridge, a bottle of cold water and tea sachets were offered. The bed was large and comfortable, and the mattress, pillows, sheets and towels were clean and good quality. Breakfast was typical Italian—coffee and tasty croissants or similar—served in a nice bar just a minute’s walk from the hotel. Raffaella recommended a good local restaurant‑pizzeria 20 minutes on foot from the hotel with reasonable prices; don’t miss it. The hotel seemed abandoned in time; maintenance and more careful cleaning are needed, especially the bathroom floor and shower cabinet were dirty.

I liked the idea of reviving empty villages, the place is quiet and easy to reach, and the parking is just 30 m away. However, the shower area was filthy, the grout was black, the shower door had a low seam, and the way the room was painted left stains on the windows and tiles.

The accommodation is in a charming little village where time stands still; the room is comfortable and fairly large, and the addition of bathrobes is a thoughtful touch. A bit of water pools on the bathroom floor, probably from the bidet, and the pillows could be more comfortable. It’s a little noisy because a bar is very close by.

The breakfast was modest but acceptable given the overall price of the stay, and I would add a few support platforms in the room.
