You can soak in the balcony tub while watching the sunrise, and the room was spotless with a welcome fruit placed inside. The front desk and staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, and the pool was crystal‑clear with a 1.8 m deep centre. The only downsides were that the air‑conditioner in the room was a little noisy at night and took a while to kick in, the gym is in a separate building, and the kids’ room felt a bit small; the sky bar on the 10th floor also closed at 22:00.

We had a lovely stay at Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel & Spa. What really stood out was the very nice, friendly and helpful staff — everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel has a beautiful colonial-style atmosphere, which gives it a lot of character and makes it feel quite different from the modern high-rise hotels around Nha Trang. The architecture and interior create a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. We also enjoyed the very good breakfast, with plenty of choices, and the nice pool, which was a great place to relax during the day. Overall, a charming hotel with a great atmosphere, excellent service and a lot of character. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

The hotel is very well located for going out, has a very good breakfast, a pool, and top staff. Cleanliness is impeccable and all staff are very helpful and smiling – I highly recommend this hotel.

I was in a spot that felt close enough to all the attractions yet far enough to unwind from the city noise, and the staff were consistently helpful.
