The space is small compared to the 80‑person capacity it claims to handle, and it’s always full. Some people can’t use it because it’s too crowded. It would be good to place air fresheners in the WC areas everywhere, also in the rooms’ outdoor side rooms. The kitchen equipment could be expanded—utensils, plates, glasses, etc. I’ll be honest, I had reservations about the 10‑person room but the price was very good. The building itself is clean, daily housekeeping, modern, nicely arranged, not a low‑rental building. The location is perfect from a transport perspective. The building is quiet, not noisy. What can be improved is the specific area, but that’s just a fine‑tuning. Utensils could be plastic, that would be fine. Someone might pay a few extra for that because metal will wear out over weeks and months. Plastic utensils could be offered at purchase price—just an idea. Throwing away the many bottles could be collected separately—just an idea. Overall I was pleasantly disappointed with my reservations. The bathroom was too narrow for my liking. Otherwise it was pretty.
