I liked that tea and coffee were available around the clock and that you could eat your own food in the dining area regardless of your meal plan. The parking (open, free, with a few small sun‑shades) was on the opposite side at Carrefours. The Burgerking was just a few steps away. The location was fine if you drive, right next to the A-7. The room was bright and mostly white. Breakfast cost 9 €, and if you declined a cleaning, you got one free breakfast per person. Overall, the price and star rating matched the quality. The hotel isn’t a separate building but just two floors of an office block, so getting to the beaches takes at least 10‑15 minutes by car; without a car it’s tough. At 6 am the TV turned on by itself at full volume and woke us up, even though it was off at night. I thought it was a one‑off, but it happened again the next morning. Because we went to bed late, the TV disturbance meant we didn’t sleep well and missed the cleaning time. I complained at reception, but they didn’t offer a free breakfast the next day as compensation, even though the TV’s self‑activation was entirely the hotel’s fault. To stop it from turning on the next day I had to yank the plug from the outlet, which was hard because the outlet was behind the TV on the wall; re‑plugging it required removing the TV from the wall. Keep that in mind. Also, the air‑conditioning shuts off when you open the window.
