The hotel isn't crowded like a big resort, and the staff greeted us very warmly. Guests love the outdoor area, and since we only booked one night there was nothing to complain about.

The location is great, close to Landau and everything, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The atmosphere is lovely, and the breakfast requests and timing were respected. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and the wine selection was good. The staff were friendly, and we’ll definitely return.

The staff here are really friendly and went above and beyond for me - they even made breakfast outside of regular hours, complete with everything I needed. The room was great too. However, I did have a bit of a lockout when I left my key card in the room and couldn't get back into the main building or out of the extra wing where the rooms are, which was a problem since no one was around.
