Historic setting, beautiful gardens (extra fee), locally brewed beer and spirits, good restaurant—clearly the owner has invested a lot. However, I was surprised to learn that staying at Miller's House does not grant free access to the main manor's gardens, and the room I booked was smaller than I expected.

Breakfast was normal, I wanted something better! I think the Swedish table breakfast would have been better.

Service, style, and the room’s décor were good. The window was blocked by a wall.

The manor is nice, but it’s significantly cheaper.

The location, breakfast, and everything else were fine. The only negatives were small: the beds were uncomfortable (cushions), perhaps old-fashioned (the manor, after all), the showers were tiny, the curtains were too short, so towels were used as makeshift napkins. The room had an odd smell, likely due to the building’s age (furniture and other antiques).
