“Great!”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the extremely friendly staff and its fantastic location. The room was comfortable, and the swimming pool along with the view was simply breathtaking. The food was also delicious, and the hotel kindly provided us with a lovely breakfast to-go since we had an early train to catch to Ella.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's beautiful location and pristine pool. The restaurant served delicious food at a great price, and we appreciated the takeaway breakfast they provided since we were leaving early. They also arranged a car for us to travel to Nuwara Eliya the next day. However, I did notice that the bathroom cleanliness could be improved, and the reception staff, although friendly, seemed hesitant to resolve issues on their own, often needing to call the manager.

I enjoyed the hotel's nice pool and spacious rooms. When we experienced a leak in our room, they promptly provided a new one. However, the hotel felt quite deserted, with very few guests, which affected the atmosphere. The surroundings were stunning, but unfortunately, quite far from everything.

“Tegenvallend”

I was pleased with the reliable WiFi and beautiful view from my room. However, I was disappointed with the state of the hotel, which felt outdated and neglected. The pool had loose tiles that caused injuries, and the rooms and dining area were not kept clean. The beds were also uncomfortable, and we ultimately decided to check out early, despite having booked for two nights.
