The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the location great for trail outings; breakfasts were fine and lunches good. We stayed three days and were satisfied, though the cold in the room and bathroom during this season was the only drawback.

We had an amazing stay at Dritan’s guesthouse; it’s family‑run, everyone was super kind, helpful, and extremely accommodating. The room was very clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable even though the building is still under construction. If you hike early in the morning, you can ask them to prepare a breakfast to go, which was very kind of them. The location is great, being very close to the starting point of the Rosni peak hike and also near the river. The start for the Valbona‑Theth hike is about a 1‑hour walk from the guesthouse, but you could take a taxi or walk a little extra, which is just an easy scenic stroll.

Finding the place was easy and the location is fantastic – the balcony looks straight out at the mountains. The room itself feels brand‑new with comfy beds, a fresh bathroom and solid Wi‑Fi. The downside is that the building is still being finished; the floor above was just a raw shell with holes where windows should be, and the bar downstairs kept music on late, which can be noisy. Also there’s no kitchen or shared cooking area, so it works best for a quick hike‑stop rather than a long stay.

The rooms gave the vibe of a four‑star property while still being the cheapest option around, and the on‑site restaurant was both cheap and tasty.
