Located in the French Jura, this was the ideal stop for us on our way south. The stay is quiet on the edge of a forest. In the mornings a breakfast with local and partly homemade products is served in a shared dining area. It was a bit unclear how the dog policy works; dogs are welcome but not in the family suite above the dining area. Luckily an exception was made for us because we had already booked. Another point to note is the lack of towels in the shower, so bring your own.

The farm is nicely decorated. A simple, healthy and good breakfast and a pleasant hostess. Everything is set for a good stay.

“Jolie chambre d'hôte à la campagne”

The welcome was friendly, the room and bathroom were spacious, and the breakfast was especially hearty with local products; the setting is charming. However, the description was misleading: the listed amenities (fridge, kitchenette, electric kettle, dining table, etc.) are actually shared in a summer kitchen. That didn’t bother us, but the site’s wording—“all accommodations have a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven”—suggests private use, so it should clarify that these items are shared among all guests to avoid confusion.

The comfort and facilities were solid. The reception was a bit lacking, and the noise level was noticeable.
