The views were amazing and the breakfast was lovely; the staff were incredibly helpful, especially Bavi and the manager, and the place was very clean and comfortable. Nothing else.

The welcome was perfect, exceptional service, the ability to go into town by train, the view from our room was breathtaking, the cleanliness was flawless, the shower and bedding were impeccable. Nothing to do, absolutely.

The view was amazing. They are improving the main dining and communal area, which will be even better once finished. The staff were amazing, everyone took pride in doing a great job. The food was great, plenty of choices and tasty. The window vents in the bathroom let you hear other guests talking and moving outside, making privacy difficult.

The staff were fantastic and we were handed a welcome drink when we checked in. The food was good, the room came fully equipped and the mountain view was lovely, even though we could see a dry waterfall because it hadn’t rained. The last 500 m to the hotel is steep and hard to drive, and the Wi‑Fi was a bit slow and not great.
