The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was very beautiful. The restaurant had good quality and good value for money. The breakfast was varied and of good quality. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. The bathroom was divided with a separate shower.

The location is the perfect launchpad for exploring the region. Paolo is a friendly and welcoming host who happily gives good tips and prepares a tasty breakfast every morning. The first night we dined wonderfully at the restaurant, where the staff were kind and helpful. The room was cleaned daily and we always received fresh towels. We had a very pleasant stay! On the premises there is also a party venue called “Eventi”. Be aware that from Friday to Sunday there can be quite a bit of partying, which sometimes makes the evenings and nights a bit noisy. Our bed creaked noticeably because of the slatted floor. We would suggest replacing it with a better base to improve sleep comfort and minimize disturbance for other guests. The rooms can be connected through a side door, allowing them to be used as a family or group room, which makes them a bit echoey. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind when booking.

The staff, especially PAOLO, were very helpful and attentive, which is the main strength of the place. The parking was unsuitable, littered with debris to the left of the entrance by the pool. The accommodation had a faulty door lock in the shower. We were woken at 5:30 am by the automatic irrigation system, which poured water in a fountain shape onto the front door (fixed after a week). The kettle was missing, even though it was listed in the booking description.

Breakfast was all pre‑packed. Not fantastic. The rooms were noisy and the large pool was unusable.
