“Bon rapport qualité prix, personnel sympathique”
The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the space was small, which is typical for Hong Kong.

Good Fortune Inn, a 1‑star guest house in Yau Tsim Mong District, offers air‑conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, free WiFi, TV, kettle, slippers, and toiletries. A lift, daily housekeeping, and on‑site parking enhance convenience. Located just 32 km from Hong Kong International Airport, it is a short walk to Mira Place 1, MTR Jordan Station, Kowloon Park, Harbour City, and iSquare.

The host was pleasant, the room matched expectations, it was small but clean with two windows, and the location was very good; I would book again. The time available in Hong Kong was too short, and while the room size is normal for the city, it feels a bit tight.

The place sits right in the middle of Jordan, beside the MTR and Kowloon Park. The room is small but comfortable, all basics were present, linens changed daily, and the hosts were attentive—definitely a great value. I didn’t bring large luggage, but it could feel cramped for big suitcases.

The owner was very kind and welcoming, explaining in detail how to manage the room and use the keys. Finding the hotel isn’t easy, but the instructions and the photo sent at booking let me reach the reception without major trouble. The location is excellent, right on Nathan Road, a few minutes from Jordan MTR and Temple Street, and the stretch of Nathan Road where the hotel sits is full of restaurants and mini‑markets, including one directly under the building. The price isn’t low but still reasonable considering the city, location, and the fact that it was booked during Golden Week with heavy Chinese tourist traffic. The hotel’s setting, a narrow apartment in one of Kowloon’s many apartment blocks, might make some people frown, but I liked it and found it very characteristic, letting me immerse myself in that particular Kowloon microcosm. It does require an adaptable spirit: if you’re looking for space and comfort, go elsewhere. It’s on the fifth floor, relatively low for Hong Kong standards, and a fridge is available. The room is poorly ventilated, small, and offers little space for two people to move around at once. The bathroom is small, especially the sink. The power outlet is far from the bed. I didn’t shower, but there’s no tray separating the shower from the floor, so it’s probably not very comfortable. Turning on hot water is a bit cumbersome. Note: the location shown by Booking isn’t precise; it’s better to follow the instructions and photo sent at booking. Elevator wait times can be long depending on the time.
