The Mobile Home opens onto a private patio and includes a dining area with a table for meals. Inside, a kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave and full kitchenware, while heating and a fireplace provide warmth. One private bathroom with a toilet serves the space, and the sleeping layout comprises three bedrooms plus a sofa bed, accommodating up to eight guests.

“An ok staycation but room for improvement.”
The property’s location was nice, but it took a 1.5‑mile walk to reach the beach. The smell was awful when we arrived, though it faded after a day or two. There’s a terrible hole where you park; arriving at night makes it hard to see, and my car now has damage underneath from it. They charge £30 for a dog even though no cost was mentioned in the booking. The provider L2C holidays is ‘ok’ but very stubborn, not supportive, and somewhat rude. The stay was very expensive for what it offered, so I wouldn’t stay again.

However, the kitchen was poorly equipped, with no frying pan, sharp knives that were almost unusable, and a potato peeler that didn't work. The net curtains were also torn or flimsy, and it was difficult to lock the front door.

The caravan itself was nice and had plenty of room, but we had a bit of a rocky start when we arrived to find it was dirty and the bin was full. However, the staff were very helpful and sent cleaners straight away to fix the issue. Unfortunately, the kitchen was also poorly equipped, with no frying pan or trays for the grill.
