“Very DISAPPOINTED!!!!”

NOTHING TO LIKE. Очень разочарован этой гостиницей. Отель явно давно нуждается в серьезном ремонте и обновлении — всё выглядит старым и запущенным. Отдельно хочется отметить ужасное обслуживание номеров. Уборка проводится крайне плохо: полы практически не моют, а под кроватью обнаружился толстый слой пыли и мусора. Возникает ощущение, что там вообще давно никто не убирал. Для гостиницы такого уровня это совершенно недопустимо. Питание тоже оставляет желать лучшего. Еда среднего качества, а меню практически не меняется — каждый день одно и то же. Из фруктов постоянно только арбуз, что выглядит крайне бедно и однообразно. В целом впечатление очень плохое: старый отель, неудовлетворительная уборка, посредственное питание и полное отсутствие разнообразия. За такие условия и уровень обслуживания ожидания явно не оправдываются. Не рекомендую эту гостиницу тем, кто рассчитывает на чистоту, нормальное обслуживание и качественное питание. This hotel is old, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of renovation. From the condition of the property to the level of service, it falls far below any reasonable standard. The housekeeping is absolutely unacceptable. The floors are not properly cleaned, and when I looked under the bed, I found a thick layer of dust, dirt, and accumulated garbage. It was disgusting and made it very clear that the room was not being cleaned properly. Basic cleanliness should be the minimum expectation at any hotel, and this property fails even at that. The food is another major disappointment. The quality is mediocre, the selection is extremely repetitive, and essentially the same food is served day after day. The fruit selection is particularly poor — practically the only fruit available is watermelon. There is almost no variety. Overall, this hotel feels neglected and poorly managed. Old facilities, terrible housekeeping, mediocre food, and virtually no variety. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly regret choosing this hotel

The location is great—just 2 minutes from the city centre, yet the hotel itself blocks out all the city noise. Morning prayers take only 3 minutes. The hotel is small but very cozy and comfortable, with comfortable beds. The food is ordinary but tasty, and the watermelons are delicious.
