On a drive from Belgium to southern Italy, we stopped there. Beautifully perched in the heights, a bit lost even, highly appreciated by locals because of its really good restaurant. Reception is simple and efficient, very kind lady and helpful. Room is impeccable, very practical and comfortable. Absolute quiet at night and at breakfast. Worth doing. One of the young servers (the big one) was more familiar with locals than foreigners! He was a bit “sloppy” with us, which is a pity!

Nice view of the hills, but ruined by clutter and lack of attention to detail. The room was dirty, dust everywhere, sheets and pillowcases stained. The bathroom had no window opening and the ventilation fan was broken. I pointed out the ventilation issue to the owner, who responded rudely and indifferently, claiming she couldn’t do anything and was highly dismissive. For the cleaning situation, the next day only sheets and towels were replaced, leaving the room in the same pitiful state it was found. Poor customer care, taking everything for granted and keeping the place in terrible condition. The lobby entrance to the rooms was in a deplorable state, unpresentable to outside guests, let alone paying guests. The price was extremely high for the offer received. Terrible experience.
