The view, beautiful location, and pristine condition are all great, but the only downside is the very steep path, even for an electric bike it’s a challenge. Nothing else.

A beautiful, quiet spot right above Malcesine. The property is well kept and the hosts are very friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. For other meals you need to know that either biking or driving takes about 10 minutes to the nearest restaurants, and it’s quite hilly; walking takes even longer. That didn’t spoil our stay in late August/early September. We were very satisfied and would gladly return. A few small suggestions for the lovely owners: the bathroom lacked hooks for hand and shower towels—there was only a towel radiator—and we also missed storage space for our toiletries, both in the shower for our own shower gel and shampoo. These are just improvement ideas.

The view from the room and the breakfast area is stunning. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is continental. I would have liked a location closer to the city center, but a 10‑minute drive is manageable; the natural scenery and surroundings more than make up for the hill climb.
