The reception was incredibly warm and made us feel like VIPs. We almost had the pool all to ourselves and got an upgrade to our room on the spot, a room that had everything we needed. From the manager to the luggage help, everyone was super kind and helpful. You really shouldn’t miss this place. After a night in the desert, it felt like an oasis!
A truly pleasant stay at a beautiful, very quiet property. The room was spacious, the pool great, and the welcome excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Abdelghani for his kindness, availability, and for making us feel truly welcome. A wonderful experience at the edge of the desert. Everything was top.

The property is top‑class, tastefully furnished, with a lovely park full of date palms and a nice pool. The staff are professional and attentive to everything. The rooms (the upgrade to the ambassador suites was especially appreciated), the breakfast, and the dinner at the restaurant were all perfect. Great job!
We stayed at Palais du Désert in Erfoud during a time when temperatures can reach about 45 °C. The hotel was almost empty, so we had it almost to ourselves, except for a few motorcyclists in the evening. From the moment we arrived, the director gave us a very warm welcome. He was very present and attentive, taking time to advise us on our itinerary and ensure our well‑being throughout the stay. The hotel has about 45 rooms, grouped in small clusters, giving it the feel of a large cocoon with typical regional architecture. The pool, located at the back of the property, is very pleasant, surrounded by nice loungers. With the intense heat, we especially enjoyed being able to cool off there for most of the day, even though the water was naturally hot. We also ate lunch in a nice air‑conditioned room, which was very appreciated. The meal was very good and the moment very pleasant. Dinner offered reasonable prices, with a wine list available. Breakfast was very hearty. In short, Palais du Désert is a typical, comfortable, and warm place, with an attentive team and a director who is very involved. A beautiful stop in Erfoud that we recommend without hesitation. The only issue was the air‑conditioning.
