We were greeted by an amazing administrator who, unfortunately, I didn’t get to meet. She was a pleasant woman who handled my very active children well, which was a big plus. A ironing board nearby was convenient. The room was fairly simple and could use some cosmetic updates. The hotel is small, on the first floor of a multi‑storey building, but it has a large parking lot for guests. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Overall, everything was fine for us. The room had two rooms and we managed to fit our two children comfortably. The next morning a different administrator appeared and gave us a slightly awkward vibe. I arrived on time for breakfast, but she looked at me as if she didn’t know who I was. After 20 minutes our breakfast—either an omelette or a sandwich—was ready, and I realized she had prepared it. Tea and coffee came in sachets and a solution, which wasn’t a deal‑breaker for us, so we didn’t make a fuss.

Cozy and quiet, the room was in good condition. Overall, a small, cozy hotel. The only issue was that breakfast was only served once when two people checked in; this should be mentioned in the description.

I was looking for a quiet, cozy spot in the big industrial city of Dnipro, a place where I could relax, recharge, safely park my car, and not worry about breakfast—because they actually cook it for you and it’s included in the room rate. The location was good, the staff friendly, and the security reliable; I’m glad I chose this hotel. The courtyard greenery is simply wonderful! Thanks a lot! I did wander around a bit more than expected.

The staff were friendly and offered several breakfast options. The linens were neat and clean. There is a guarded parking lot for cars. Overall, I was pleasantly impressed.
