The owner was supposed to give me a delegation to access the resort but never did, so I couldn't check in; I’m asking for a refund from either booking or the host because of this mistake.

The view was nice, but the room wasn’t very clean, the fridge malfunctioned, and the microwave was missing its glass.

The view of the beach was amazing, you could walk to the beach and coral for snorkeling, it’s close to the airport but far from tourist spots and restaurants, overall it was comfortable and clean, yet there was no Wi‑Fi except at reception, so you’ll need your own data plan.

The price‑quality ratio was excellent; the apartment didn’t include extra services, so you couldn’t access member‑only areas (some beaches or restaurant discounts) and there was no cleaning or towel/linen change unless you paid extra by contacting the host, but that’s fine if you’re aware beforehand because the price reflects that; the location inside the resort is great and central, about 5 minutes from the beach (block 34), and a plus is the microwave that other rooms lack.
