Despite the nice location, the smell, dust, discomfort and lack of hospitality ruined all six nights for me and my husband. When we entered the building, an unbearable odor hit us, and we saw orthopedic aids, furniture, and scattered papers on the floor. The hallway carpet on the third floor (no elevator) was dusty with litter. Inside the room, we found stains on the wall and the floor carpet was full of dust, causing us to sneeze. The floor creaked and was uneven, higher on one side. The door had no lock, the handle was a metal piece that hung loosely, and the door couldn't close fully because wind from the open window kept it ajar. The wardrobe door wouldn’t open properly, so we could only store clothes on one side. The two lockers/cabinets/nightstands shown in the pictures were missing when we arrived. The mattress was old and we could feel every wire, leading to terrible sleep throughout our stay. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, so we avoided them. The bed linen felt like sandpaper on one side. The window frames were covered in mold and dirt both outside and partially inside. There were no curtains, only a cloth that we had to hang ourselves. The shared bathroom was cleaner than the room but still had mold on the tub tiles. At arrival, we received identical face and body towels; after a few days we asked for replacements, and the girl gave us only one large towel each. Later, the Wi‑Fi went down. I texted the host for help, but after more than an hour she didn’t reply. I knocked on the door and she claimed the Wi‑Fi was fine, but only after I insisted on resetting the router did it work. She also denied receiving my text, saying it was from another number, even though she had texted me when we arrived. On the last day, we asked to leave our suitcases in the hallway and pick them up at 4 pm, and she agreed. When we returned at 4 pm, another woman who spoke no English (using Google Translate) greeted us and criticized us for where we were. Afterwards, the host deleted the messages she had sent. Finally, we asked if we could use the toilets briefly before leaving, and she said no, telling us to use the airport instead. Coming from a place where hospitality is common and cherished (the Dalmatian coast), we feel the hosts should take more responsibility for guests and the property, which needs a complete renovation and a clean common corridor.

“Disaster”

Only outside view. worse worse worse in everything, the value of amount you paid in a vary old teared blanket or hot room no pillows batter to pay it on other 3 star or 4 star hotel. I was realy shocked in the behaviour of hostess and the things been said in the specification like they haveA.C. when you go the Ac is only open Window. A bad experience i reach at 12 night and left 5 mornning. Even Water are not there to serve. vary funny enviroment 3 floor to hold your bag with you regardless how heavy it's
