Everything was wonderful: the setting was beautiful, the location great, the lodge was tastefully decorated, everything spotless, the bed comfortable, the linens and towels high quality, the hot tub spacious and the shower water warm and plentiful. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The owners were incredibly kind! It was a fantastic week and we’ll definitely come back more often.

The lodge feels very cozy and the facilities are very comfortable. The room was spacious with a smart TV and streaming. We chose the room with a balcony overlooking the river and loved it. The gas shower had excellent water flow. Breakfast included delicious cakes made by Gisele. The location is idyllic on the riverbank and only about 900 m from the village center. Host Mr. Marcos provided excellent service, making us feel very welcome and at ease. We’ll definitely return. Everything pleased us.

Mr. Marcos and his son offered outstanding service—very attentive and helpful! Breakfast was delicious, with freshly made hot cheese bread by Marcos. There were also fubá cake and other wonderful treats. I highly recommend it! The location is great for exploring Visconde de Mauá, and the hosts always have tips that can improve your trip. One thing to note: for those wanting to explore Maringa and Maromba, they’re a bit farther away—about 7 to 10 km from the lodge. The drive is quick, but motorcyclists may hit some rough dirt roads. Nothing that would ruin the trip.

Breakfast was exceptional. The owner, Mr. Marcos, and his wife were very kind and attentive. The room was cozy and comfortable, everything very clean, and the location was good.
