The room was clean, roomy, and the bed comfy. The property was well kept in a quiet spot that felt safe all the time. Unfortunately, the guesthouse didn’t serve breakfast or dinner even though it was listed that way; I got vouchers for nearby restaurants instead, which turned out to be a good find. It’s not a huge issue, but a note in the booking would have helped.

Upington is a small town. This place is perfect for transit if you’re coming from Europe into the Kgalagadi TP. It wasn’t like that.

The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, the room was like a sauna. It was unbearably hot, and I had to keep the window open all night to get some air.

The room was great, with a decent parking spot and super friendly staff. The WiFi was also really strong, which was a bonus. However, the aircon was pretty weak, and the shower pressure was almost non-existent. It was a shame, really, because it was a scorching 38°C outside.
