The location of the property, the staff willing to change the room because it differed from the one shown on booking, excellent 24‑hour reception and luggage storage after check‑out. The bathroom was large but without a bidet. Handy smart TV. The room was on the ground floor and had no heating despite the cold outside. The pillows did not meet hotel standards. The room differed from the one shown on booking.

The breakfast was good and the location was close to our food and coffee spots. At the beginning and end, after we had paid for breakfast, they told us we weren't entitled to it, but after a discussion among them the issue was resolved; they should have been better informed about what each room had paid for. Also, during the four days we stayed, the scent in the two rooms we had didn't change and the bedding in one room was damaged.
