Lucas and Sr. Florentino were fantastic—always polite, chatty, and quick to help. The place has a family‑run feel, even though it’s in the middle of a renovation to expand the service area, it still met my expectations. Getting there is easy and it’s just a short walk from downtown.

The front desk was easy to reach and the gentleman who answered my questions was courteous, but the rest of the hotel left a lot to be desired. There was no breakfast, the rooms and common areas looked rundown, and the bathroom access was tricky. The sheets and towels felt cheap, so I can’t recommend staying here until they upgrade the basics.
