We were really impressed with the hotel's location - it was perfect for exploring the area. The pool was also a highlight, with a great temperature and plenty of space to relax. The rooms were comfy and clean, and we had a great time lounging around. If I'm being picky, the juice at breakfast could have been a bit better, but overall we were really happy with our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the resort-like feel of this hotel, despite it not being a new building. The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed in, and the staff were super friendly. The location was unbeatable, with Terminal 21, night markets, and massage places all within walking distance. While the breakfast was a bit basic, it was a great value for the price.

The staff here were completely unhelpful and seemed to be trying to avoid interacting with guests. One woman in particular stood out for her rudeness and lack of professionalism - she was wearing glasses and seemed to think she was in charge, but her attitude was completely off-putting. To make matters worse, the breakfast options were extremely limited and the same every day, with a delayed start time that was never apologized for. It was a really frustrating experience.

We were looking forward to enjoying the pool during our stay, and it didn't disappoint. The temperature was just right and it was a great place to unwind. However, we did have some issues with the staff's attitude - every time we asked for something, we were met with a dismissive "we don't do that here". It was really frustrating and made us feel like we were being treated unfairly.

The hotel's soundproofing was pretty average, and it didn't help that the rooms next to mine were filled with loud Chinese tour groups. The older ladies in these groups seemed to think they were in a nightclub, blasting their voices and disrupting my stay. On the other hand, the separate location of the high-end rooms and the pool felt like I was staying in a hostel, not a hotel - it would be great if they made this clear when booking.
