It’s quite central, the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Receptionist Signore Michelle is very solution‑oriented, courteous, and friendly. We felt very comfortable. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was even better.

Excellent. Nothing to add.

The room is simple yet elegantly furnished, the front‑desk and restaurant staff are friendly, and I recommend dining at the downstairs restaurant where the food is tasty and the service is lightning fast (on par with Asian standards!). Nothing to complain about; everything is great!
