The location is good, but the usual Italian friendliness was missing; overall the place feels old‑fashioned, with carpeted floors and a bathroom that could use renovation, which is not a luxury.

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the common areas and breakfast were good. The room’s bathroom and the overall age of the room were disappointing.

I went with my parents and we loved staying at this hotel. It’s a little off the bustle of the center, in a quieter neighborhood, yet not far from the historic center. The breakfast is very good and the staff are excellent, super kind and polite, always ready to help at any time. We took a trip and the bus picked us up from the hotel early, and they arranged a breakfast bag for each of us to take along, which was very thoughtful. Everything was very clean and comfortable. When I arrived, I went to my single room and the air‑conditioner wasn’t cooling, so I told the front desk clerk, who was very friendly, but he said it was too late in the evening to change rooms, so he called an older Italian man to look at the AC. The man, quite rustic, spoke a lot of things I didn’t fully understand, but in short he said the AC wasn’t working, that the hotel used central AC, and that I should open my room window to cool down, repeating “Domani matina” over and over. So I opened the window and slept that way, and the next morning I went back to the front desk and told them what happened, but fortunately they resolved it quickly and swapped me into a better room with a split‑type air‑conditioner.
