The location was great, and the breakfast staff at reception varied depending on who was on duty; the ladies there were fantastic and did their job well. The bathroom cleaning was inconsistent—some days it seemed forgotten. Everything else was perfect. The spa had people without hats, and no one called to address it. Week‑end breakfasts offered everything, while weekdays were just adequate.

The hotel quality, staff service, spa, breakfast, and location were all excellent. I’m not sure if it was a malfunction, but the TV didn’t have Netflix, YouTube, or other TV providers.
