The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was within walking distance of downtown and the event we were attending. The hotel is comfortable but a bit old.

“War OK”

Good breakfast, friendly reception staff, but at check‑out no one asked if we were satisfied. A staff member at breakfast on the first morning asked my daughter and me where we were supposed to sit, then in a rather unfriendly tone told me that we weren’t allowed to bring our own water bottles (in my case a thermos), even though later she said I could use hot water for my daughter. It was very uncomfortable. The next day she spoke in a similar tone to a young colleague, saying “you shouldn’t do that, I already told you, you didn’t understand.” A bit more respect with colleagues would be nice, especially since they come from another country and I, as a guest, don’t need to be made to feel that way.

The destination was good, daily cleaning was fine, breakfast was relaxed, and the summer card was free. The small room lacked air conditioning, a fridge, and had outdated equipment.
