“Convenient Location, but the Entrance Can Be a Little Tricky to Find”

Finding the entrance was a bit confusing at first, but many other guests hit the same snag, and the shopkeepers nearby were very familiar with the place and kindly pointed us in the right direction. The spot is convenient, with the train, tram and bus station all within walking distance. The free self‑service coffee the accommodation offers was surprisingly good. The only downside was that the surrounding building and neighborhood looked a little untidy when we arrived, which made us feel slightly uneasy. Once we found the entrance and settled in, everything was fine.

I appreciated the stay not only for the beauty and comfort of the room (and the bathroom) but also for the kindness and availability of the host. Perfect stay. Everything was great.

“Would not recommend any one to stay there”

Good wifi connection and large TV. The bed was on a 20 cm raised platform on the floor and was just a mattress. There wasn’t a chair or table in the room, hard to get out of bed and nowhere to sit. No one was there to assist.

The bathroom and room were very clean. Coffee pods were available! A fridge in the room. The price was reasonable. Towels and toiletries were provided. There was a sufficient amount of toilet paper :) A first‑aid kit, paper towels, and “welcome” candies. Close to the main train station and airport buses (both Bergamo and Malpensa). Self‑check‑in and check‑out, although the key box is a bit off‑balance – it was hard to set the code, but after a moment of patience it worked. At first it was also hard to find the second key – it turned out to be for the block entrance (though the entrance is also code‑locked). Immediate contact – the owner answered. The block was quiet and peaceful :) Very good wifi. Nearby there is a grocery store, pizzeria, club (even though it was close, there was no noise). The bed was comfortable for sleeping but unfortunately it was very low, so it was hard to get up and stand :) and the pillows were hard. The elevator opened very slowly – at first I was scared it would jam. There was a bit of a lack of furniture, like a chair to sit and a wardrobe for clothes. The building doors and gate squeaked – it was very irritating when the window was open and you could constantly hear the squeaking like someone was coming in and out.
