The room was spacious and the staff were enthusiastic.

The staff kept pestering me to check out, sending a reminder at around 10 am and then another at 12:05 pm even though I only had 5‑10 minutes left, which was very annoying; I’ve stayed at a couple of Joi properties before, but Joi Hospitality was the most chaotic.
