The location is great, but the place needs more cleaning; an old house doesn’t mean it can’t be tidy.

The spot is right where you want to be and the staff are friendly, the neighborhood is really quiet. The only downside was the cat smell that hit you hard as soon as you opened the door. Otherwise, location and service were fine.

The place felt rundown: shared bathroom was filthy, the bed and mattress were dirty and even broken, and the front door took ages to open. Cleanliness was poor everywhere, and the bathrooms were in bad shape. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Location is the only thing that stands out – it’s close to everything. The shower, however, had no hot water and reeked of cat urine, and there were cats roaming all over the place. Not what I expected for a simple stay.
