Breakfast was fine, otherwise normal service. A flood in one of the rooms made it impossible to reach the reception from that room, but from another room we managed to get help quickly.

The buffet breakfast was great with a wide selection. The location is excellent, but you’ll need earplugs because the noise is huge. Overall I recommend it for a short stay. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests – the sink and tub were dirty. The noise we expected was far above normal because there are bars and a party street right next to the hotel.

The location right in the city centre was great. The waiter/receptionist in the morning was kind and professional. The facilities and décor felt a bit dated, and the mattresses were very soft.

The staff were friendly, but that didn't offset the other issues. The street‑side room was unbelievably noisy. It sat next to several cafés that played hard‑driving music until 4 am, with pounding bass that reverberated into the room. After that, teenagers roamed the street and the noise continued for hours. I couldn’t close one eye. I’ve stayed at many hotels in recent years, but this was by far the worst experience ever.
