I chose this hotel because it was next to the hospital. When I arrived on a Sunday, the staff were unkind and refused to give me two extra pillows to support my arm. The restaurant had very limited hours and there was nothing nearby. At 7 am the buffet had already been emptied. Only a young waiter named Phearat was kind and helpful to me. After traveling across Asia for over two months, this was the first time I received such poor service. I will not return after my next hospital visit, though the hotel and rooms were clean.

The location was fine for me, but the check‑in process took far too long and never finished. I couldn’t get a second key card for my room. A plate of food stayed outside the elevator for two days with no one noticing. When I left the room, I had to ask reception to clean it, but no one told me that was necessary. Even after cleaning, the bed wasn’t made again.

My stay at this hotel was marred by several issues, including being given the wrong room and then being hassled when I tried to extend my stay. To make matters worse, I had to chase down the room cleaners to get my needs met. Overall, the hotel's disorganization and poor communication made for a stressful and unpleasant experience. It's clear that the hotel needs to work on its customer service and operational efficiency.
