The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the cleaning crew deserves praise too. We felt really comfortable with you! The location was great and the breakfast was super delicious. The room service meals were also a treat.

The nearby restaurants were convenient, and the Kaiserschmarrn at the hotel was excellent. Checking in and out was straightforward. Parking was a pain, with only 13 spots that fill up fast; sometimes guests park so close that only 11 cars fit. The building feels old; the room is basic but sleep‑worthy, the bathroom door was hard to close, and the shower light was weak. Breakfast was good, but the buffet was poorly organized, requiring frequent walking.
