The place is charming! Sleeping in the jungle feels amazing, with nature respected while still offering all the comforts. The food was delicious, especially a dish based on pacú; the desserts didn’t match the quality of the main courses, although the candied fruit tasting was very good. Breakfast was tasty and complete. The staff were super friendly, but a few hotel‑management details were lacking; I appreciated their good attitude and warmth. Overall, the experience was very good.

“Espectacular”

The forest that wraps around the domes is absolutely stunning – you feel like you’re sleeping in the jungle. The only drawback was the mattress; it was way too soft for my liking, making it hard to get a good night’s rest. Overall, the setting wins me over, but the bed could use a firmer option.

I really appreciated how quiet the place was and the staff’s attentiveness; it felt like a little oasis. The location itself was pleasant, and I can’t think of anything that bothered me. All in all, a very relaxing stay.

The room had air‑conditioning but no heating option, which was inconvenient when it got chilly. On top of that, I was charged extra fees even though I paid in cash, which didn’t make sense. Those issues left a sour taste despite the otherwise decent room.
