The staff were amazing—helpful, kind, and the customer service was the best I’ve experienced. The room, however, was very outdated; the bathroom tub had stains and was supposed to be a jetted tub, so I never used it because of its appearance.

The location was fine, but the bathroom wasn’t clean and the A/C didn’t work well.

The breakfast was good and the location was close to our event, yet the rooms smelled, and I woke up to a bug in the bathroom. I told the attendant, who just shrugged it off. For the price of the room, that’s unacceptable.

The staff during check‑in and the breakfast staff were very nice, but the bathroom was outdated and the shower was dirty.
