The location was excellent, but breakfast was only average—coffee came from a vending machine and the bread wasn’t very tasty, which was a let‑down. There was no variety, and no guidance or suggestions about activities or how to explore the area in German. The front desk staff seemed clueless.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel; the attention to detail in the design instantly creates a special vibe. The restaurant food was delicious, and the lovely park around the hotel made the visit even nicer. We felt completely at ease and would love to return.

An incredibly lovely hotel with a stunning garden. It’s rare to find such beauty at such a moderate price. Everywhere you look, everything is beautifully furnished. Nothing to complain about.

A stunning property with gorgeous interiors, delicious breakfasts, fantastic service, spotless rooms that are tastefully decorated, and an amazing location at the foot of the Karkonosze. Two parking lots are on the palace courtyard. Inside the palace there’s a stylish restaurant with excellent food. Across the park is a fantastic manor with a second restaurant, a linen shop, and regional products for sale. Everything is thoughtfully organized so that hotel guests feel well taken care of. I highly recommend it. No negatives.

The place itself, the buildings, the rooms, and the park are all gorgeous. The room in the Inspectors House is spacious, practical, and tastefully decorated. The staff weren’t always courteous, and booking a table at reception didn’t work. The single sheet of information offered no further details. The room and bathroom were infested with many tiny centipedes crawling on the floor and walls.
