The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable throughout our stay. The room, though small, was comfortable and had a charming Vigan heritage feel with modern touches like a good AC, smart TV, and decent Wi‑Fi. The included breakfast was satisfying, and overall the place had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, mosquitoes in the room, lack of curtains that made it too bright in the morning, and poor soundproofing meant noise from other rooms was very noticeable. The shared bathroom was not well‑maintained, there was no shower heater, and basic services like room cleaning and fresh towels were not provided during our stay.

The breakfast is good, and the location is excellent for exploring Vigan, especially at night.

The location was great, the bed was comfy, and the room stayed spotless. It’s pet-friendly, so if you have fur babies, the family room is a solid pick. The only downside is the hot shower still isn’t working, but hopefully that gets fixed soon.

We liked the spot because it kept us away from the town center’s noise and gave us a sense of how locals live in Vigan. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, and we appreciated the daily breakfast where we could tell them how we wanted our dishes prepared. We did expect daily room freshening, but we realized in the Philippines you have to ask housekeeping for a visit. We didn’t need daily sheet or towel changes, but we would have appreciated a daily sweep and trash removal. This might just be a cultural difference, and we weren’t sure.
