I really appreciated the shuttle service to the car rental site and to the LV airport. I would have liked a breakfast‑to‑go option, though, because we had early flights and had to leave for the airport just as the morning buffet started, so we couldn’t use that feature.

The airport shuttle was punctual, there was storage for luggage before check‑in, coffee was available all day, the windows were sound‑proof, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very limited, with little variety and few healthy options.

The hotel is a short drive from the airport. The breakfast had a fair variety but wasn’t as good as at other hotels, and the shuttle bus driver dropped us off at the wrong location.

I slept in a clean room with decent beds, but the area right in front of the door was covered in dog droppings that stayed there for the entire 4‑day stay, and nobody bothered to clean it up. The parking lot trash was also a mess, and the staff seemed too lazy to walk outside and see it.
