The place was clean, quiet, and well‑located, with a friendly front desk team—Rachel and Stephany really stood out with their customer service. Breakfast offered a solid mix of hot and cold options. However, the décor felt dated and the room needed updates: we, being tall, had to bend to wash our hands, the toilet was too short, the tub had worn spots, and the sink drained slowly.

Customer service was excellent and the hotel met all my needs perfectly. Everything was available, from a microwave and refrigerator to up‑to‑date TV and other furniture, plus nearby stores for any supplies. The room felt cozy and convenient; I highly recommend it.

The staff were friendly and the location was central, but the property is outdated, needs a revamp and carpet cleaning, and the shared doors between rooms need sturdier repairs.
