I was initially confused when making my reservation and accidentally booked a smoking room, but the staff kindly changed it to a non-smoking room, and I'm extremely grateful for their help. Their assistance made a big difference, and I appreciate their kindness.

The staff were very helpful when I asked about a baby bed during booking, and they accommodated me even though there was a misunderstanding with my reservation. However, as I was traveling with a young child, I had specifically requested a non-smoking room, and although the room had been deodorized after previously being a smoking room, that was the one major drawback to an otherwise pleasant stay.
