Two reception staff and breakfast staff were helpful, but the bathroom in room 205 had no key and a leak from a pipe fell onto the parking lot ceiling below the car, causing cleanup work and potential paint damage.

The staff quality is excellent and the location is great, but the sink took a while to drain and gave the impression of being clogged.

Since we stayed very briefly at the hotel because we were mainly out sightseeing, I really appreciated how the reception was ready to help with things like parking entrance and exit, gate, and parking control, but there was no potable water point even though the coffee was always available, and the walk was very pleasant.

The coffee shop was good and the reception staff were friendly, but the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable, the TV didn't work, and there was mold on the bathroom sink.

I think the main draw of the hotel is its value for money, plus its location near a supermarket, a mall, and several restaurants, and I have nothing to complain about as I was very well attended.
