The room was too small and the rent too high; I couldn't even fit luggage, the bed wasn't queen size, and I can't fathom how they approved such a small room.

The check‑in dragged on for a long time, and the room was cramped next to the front desk, making it noisy at night; however, in the morning the staff member was friendly and let me stay a bit longer when I had to check out late after arriving that night.

The room was small but spotless, featured a large TV and a well‑working air conditioner, and it was great that soap, shower gel, and shampoo with a WM‑design were provided; there was also free parking right in front of the door, though the room size was still quite limited.

I want my refund back on the credit card on file; the hotel was horrible, with people singing, screaming, and blasting loud music in the hall that kept us from sleeping during our stay in that disgusting hotel. I didn't like anything about it, will never stay there again, and had to ask staff to clean my room, change my sheets, and clean the bathroom; I want my refund back ASAP.
