The location was great. However, the massage we booked was supposed to last 1h45, but it ended up being only about an hour at most. The masseuses kept chatting with each other during the session. The lunch wasn’t to our taste, though it was filling. It was very noisy early in the morning because we were right next to the pool. The staff were still very friendly.

The location was top, right in the center of Marrakech. The reception and the rooftop terrace were not up to par.

Breakfast was good, and they even offered it outside of regular hours. The place wasn’t clean and the room was too small for four people.

La ubicación céntrica. Ni un día de agua caliente. Otros turistas que llevaban más tiempo nos dijeron que era habitual. Optamos por check out pagando 25€ extra y a la llegada nos lo denegaron. La recepción casi siempre vacía
