“it was pleasant”

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay due to the lack of consideration for guests with dietary restrictions, particularly vegetarians, vegans, and those with lactose or gluten intolerance. The absence of a coffee machine was a major letdown, especially during breakfast, and it was a huge factor in my decision not to return or recommend this hotel. Although the hotel had its positives, the lack of a coffee machine and thoughtfulness around meals overshadowed my experience.

My stay was a mixed bag, with the room and grounds being truly great and leaving me feeling relaxed. However, the staff seemed to be more focused on the restaurant during New Year's, which made me feel like a second priority as a guest. While the room and surroundings were wonderful, the staff's attention to detail was lacking.

“Hidden Zen!!!”

I had a fantastic stay, with the breakfast being truly amazing and a highlight of my trip. To be honest, I didn't have any major complaints or issues during my stay, and the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways.
