“Great value for the money”
The rooms were very clean and welcoming. It was a bit hard to find, and some of the room descriptions were misleading.

Good value for money, but lizards in our bathroom—seasonal, yet not very clean—and the staff didn’t help. The toilet window has a gap, so about 50 mosquitoes came into our room.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, but it was difficult to open the luggage in the cabin. The space is a few meters short, but we adapted.

The only positives were the quiet neighbourhood with plenty of trees, the main road a 4‑minute walk away, a 7‑Eleven nearby, and a clean room. The rooms are way too basic; we don’t mind that, but the owner should price them accordingly—we definitely overpaid. When we entered the room, the first thing that struck us was how dark it was. The glass on the windows and the door was covered with translucent, coloured, cheap paper that blocked all natural light. You can keep the door open to let in some light, but cats on the property will get into your room and onto the bed the moment they get a chance. There were also two windows near the bed, but they were completely blocked with solid wood (not sure why anyone would do that), so no light came in from there either. The room itself was very small, with barely any space to move around. The bathroom walls felt quite dirty as well. On top of that, the chalet floors weren’t very sturdy—they squeaked every time we walked. The family managing the property did not seem to be doing their job well. When we arrived, we were given a welcome drink and some fruits in the room. After we finished, we left the glasses and plates on the small table on the balcony, but no one cleared them for the entire two nights we stayed—they were just left there. Also, they did not provide water the second day, and we had to ask for it at night when we returned from our trip. As soon as we entered the room, we didn’t like it and asked for a change. The lady showed us another room, but it felt exactly the same—dark and with a dirty bathroom. Since we were not happy with the property at all, we requested a refund within an hour of arrival, stating that we wouldn’t stay. They denied any refund whatsoever. I understand that properties have their policies, but since this was a pay‑at‑property booking, they could have charged a partial amount and refunded the rest. Although the beach appears close on the map, it actually takes around 10–12 minutes to reach, and there’s no shortcut through the property.

We ended up loving the place, the staff was so nice. We adored their kittens that were running around but also their little princess that played with us hide and seek. Our house was pretty dark inside when the lights were off. But room lighting was really good
