There was no hot water at that time, everything else was excellent.

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing: for almost the entire four days of my stay the hotel had water supply problems, the wifi was unreliable, and although I had booked a specific room type I was assigned a different one; the TV only allowed access to YouTube, and I had to share my phone’s data because of the hotel’s connection issues; housekeeping cleaned the room but never changed the sheets during the four days and only changed the towels once. The only highlight was the breakfast, which was okay, but considering all the other shortcomings I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

“Mejorar el servicio del personal”

There was too much noise from other guests, we filed a complaint and nothing was done; the hotel is expensive for what it really offers, and the breakfast did not meet our expectations.

“Aburrida los hoteles son para descansar no es un parque de diverciones”

I had a room with good cleanliness and the staff at the cleaning service were friendly, but the noise level was insane—there was a Christian gathering at 2 am with children shouting and the front desk staff yelling loudly too. I reported it the next day, but they mocked me and told me to complain again at reception; after two days of sleepless nights I left feeling disappointed.
