The environment was calm and evergreen, but the privacy in the gardens, the peacocks, and the security were lacking.

Breakfast was good with a range of options, the location was perfect, the water and rooms were warm and clean, and the staff were very welcoming. However, we were told there would be a buffet for dinner but they said there wasn’t, which was disappointing, and I had requested a special room request that was supposedly granted but nothing was done when we arrived; also, sun loungers at the pool would be nice.

Kadoma Hotel & Conference Centre is undoubtedly the best option in the region, offering a standard that stands out locally, but international tourists unfamiliar with traditional African accommodations might find the facilities less than ideal, and while there is no fitness center on-site, the staff’s service is quite satisfactory and welcoming.

Clean, friendly staff, great food. The only downside is music coming from another property late at night.
