The location is great, right in the centre, just 100 m from the metro, and the balcony offers an amazing view; the staff are very pleasant! The room is clean, spacious, with decent renovation and a big bed. However, there is a hint of cost‑cutting on basic household items: the toilet paper and soap are objectively scarce, there is a spoon but no fork, but overall the price‑quality ratio is solid, and the room and hotel are good for the money. If you need to cover your own household needs, you’ll have to do it yourself.

Very convenient central location. I stay in these apartments whenever I’m in Kyiv, and I always enjoy it. The cleanliness, comfort and all amenities are available. The staff are polite and pleasant. I recommend it.
